Job Description

  • Plan the purchase and supply of goods for the restaurant’s operations.
  • Negotiate and sign partnership agreements and contracts with suppliers.
  • Coordinate with the Business-Trade department to draft cooperation agreements, contracts, appendices, extension letters, and liquidation minutes.
  • Monitor the signing, stamping, and completion of documents related to suppliers and transfer them to suppliers.
  • Control and take responsibility for the quantity and quality of purchased goods/services.
  • Implement, audit, and manage the purchase, ordering, and import procedures and documents according to regulations.
  • Proactively resolve arising issues with suppliers regarding: debts, and other support while performing contracts.
  • Synthesize data, analyze and periodically evaluate suppliers, and propose suitable suppliers.
  • Make full and timely reports to the board of directors.

Requirements

  • Graduated from College/University in Business Administration, or Commercial Business,…
    At least 2 years of experience in purchasing in the F&B field
    Able to work under pressure, quick, honest, responsible, and progressive at work.
  • Good at negotiating and problem-solving.
  • Experience in accounting in the F&B industry, systems, chains for at least 2 years
  • Quick, diligent, enthusiastic, careful, and sociable.
