Job Description

  • Research the needs & establish training schedules by year-month-week
  • Develop and implement training policies, processes, and procedures according to the requirements of the head of the department.
  • Organize and compile training materials, develop basic training programs, and develop talent for employees of ASAN business units.
  • Develop and implement the company’s annual training plan with the Training department team. Coordinate or organize training activities for the company.
  • Coordinate with departments to organize training consultations/select instructors to ensure the success of training activities.
  • Orientate or directly conduct training according to the plan.
  • Build, develop, and coordinate the activities of the internal training team. Build internal Trainer Development Programs in terms of both quality and quantity.
  • Construct, develop, and implement systems/tools to measure training results/effectiveness. Propose and implement measures to improve training results and effectiveness for the training manager.
  • Build a system/tool ​​to track the development of store managers and store staff. Propose and implement development programs to improve the training manager.
  • Evaluate and report training results and effectiveness on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to develop and implement a system of store operations capacity.
  • Support the head of the training department and the department in career development programs, talent development, and succession planning development.
  • Train/assess the capacity of the operations team of franchise partners.

Requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent.
  • Knowledgable and experienced in working for a restaurant chain for at least 3 years
  • At least 2 years in a relevant position
  • Management, planning, and implementation skills
  • proficiency in office computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email.
  • Specialized knowledge of the F&B service industry
  • Dynamic, and passionate about training.
  • Possess good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze situations.
