Job Description

  • Examine raw ingredients to ensure they meet the company standards.
  • Examine and monitor compliance with the processing, mixing, and preservation of raw ingredients, semi-finished products, and finished products.
  • Directly supervise the implementation of 5S and employees’ hygiene procedures.
  • Inspect the hygiene of facilities, and equipment before – during – and after production.
  • Assist and offer guidance to overcome mistakes that arise from the produce and preservation procedures of ingredients, semi-finished products, finished products, and hygiene.
  • Receive and process product quality, food safety, and hygiene feedback and complaints.
  • Make KPH minutes when recording non-compliance cases of the produce, mix, and preservation procedures.
  • Examine suppliers’ backgrounds and documents.
  • Support and assist in product announcement and testing.
  • Perform additional tasks as per superiors.
