Job Description:
- Manage and be responsible for a restaurant’s day-to-day operation and revenue, which is part of a F&B chain.
- Ensure the profitability and efficiency of business performance, and maintain revenue growth.
- Provide employees with the necessary expertise and brand-centric training.
- Responsible for hiring and HR-related issues.
- Engage in great customer service.
- Optimize costs and manage the restaurant budgets.
- Take responsibility for explaining the expenses and proposal for the store’s operation.
- Supervise and manage restaurant activities in compliance with company policies.
Requirements:
- Experienced in F&B chain for at least 3 years.
- Leading capability and role model for the employees.
- Able to operate the store including personnel, merchandise, goods, and expenses.
- Capable in employee training and development.
- Fluent in English is a plus.
