Job Description:

  • Manage and be responsible for a restaurant’s day-to-day operation and revenue, which is part of a F&B chain.
  • Ensure the profitability and efficiency of business performance, and maintain revenue growth.
  • Provide employees with the necessary expertise and brand-centric training.
  • Responsible for hiring and HR-related issues.
  • Engage in great customer service.
  • Optimize costs and manage the restaurant budgets.
  • Take responsibility for explaining the expenses and proposal for the store’s operation.
  • Supervise and manage restaurant activities in compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in F&B chain for at least 3 years.
  • Leading capability and role model for the employees.
  • Able to operate the store including personnel, merchandise, goods, and expenses.
  • Capable in employee training and development.
  • Fluent in English is a plus.
