Job Description

  • Build, manage, and coordinate the Marketing department.
  • Construct an overall Marketing strategy consistent with the company’s Business strategy.
  • Marketing planning includes product and pricing planning, and orientating distribution and media channels for ASAN’s business units.
  • Manage, coordinate, and supervise the implementation of activities related to the ASAN brand nationwide (including branding, trade, rebrand concept, and new concept proposal).
  • Take ultimate responsibility for the organization and quality of marketing activities, promoting the company’s image and products to the public and internally to promote and achieve the company’s goals.
  • Orient, monitor, and evaluate market research activities.
  • Be responsible for building and managing the brand (identification, positioning, image, personality, …).
  • Optimize and manage the Marketing budget.
  • Organize, implement and examine, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, analyze, and implement Digital Marketing activities; orient the plan for Digital Marketing.
  • Develop marketing strategies on digital communication channels; manage, operate, and monitor interactions on the website’s homepage, Facebook, Linkedin, Zalo, and TikTok.
  • Construct and deploy advertising campaigns and interactive activities on Digital Marketing channels.
  • Deploy advertising on online channels: Google, Facebook, and other digital channels to promote the company’s brand and products.
  • Responsible for developing PR programs, and advertising on media channels to promote the company’s brand and products.
  • Collect and analyze advertising data to make reasonable adjustments, and increase direct advertising effectiveness.
  • Monitor the effectiveness and costs of advertising campaigns on digital media channels (Google Adwords, Facebook).
  • Plan and control brand image on digital media channels; monitor SEO effectiveness on the business website system.
  • Manage keyword rankings, SEO activities, Google Adwords, and other types of Ads.
  • Continuously update user insights as well as changes in digital media to adjust and optimize marketing strategies.
  • Allocate budget effectively, evaluate quotes, control costs based on services provided, and control strategic directions.
  • Report to the CEO on marketing effectiveness on digital media channels.
  • Coordinate with basic departments, … to implement marketing campaigns.
  • Manage printing work, leaflets, catalogs, and website content.
  • Maintain good relationships with internal media and advertising.
  • Responsible for managing and evaluating the work performance of the department (setting goals, planning, monitoring, mentoring, evaluating, and feedback).
  • Establish a system of processes and management in the department.
  • Train and develop staff in the department.
  • Perform other tasks as required by superiors and the company.

Requirement

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position and knowledgeable in the F&B field.
  • Graduated from Vocational School/ College/ University in Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
