Job Description
- Research and test new products, dishes, and new concepts.
- Design product implementation procedures.
- Train and coach employees on the production procedure.
- Research, develop, and improve the current company’s products.
- Make scheduled check-ups on the implementation of the company’s production procedures.
- Create weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports as per superiors.
Branches Job Description
- Inspect the actual operational procedures at the branch’s kitchens.
- Record, and analyze the pros and cons of the operation in each branch of the company.
- Offer assistance to the company’s business units.
- Examine the quality of work after training.
- Make frequent reports to the superiors.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of professional chef experience.
- Knowledgeable in Western and Eastern cuisine.
- Have a passion for cooking.
- Careful, meticulous, diligent, creative, and able to withstand high pressure.
- Honest, open-minded, and the willingness to learn.
- Great cooking skills, and a general fondness for food.
- The ability to train and coach employees.
