Job Description

  • Research and test new products, dishes, and new concepts.
  • Design product implementation procedures.
  • Train and coach employees on the production procedure.
  • Research, develop, and improve the current company’s products.
  • Make scheduled check-ups on the implementation of the company’s production procedures.
  • Create weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports as per superiors.

Branches Job Description

  • Inspect the actual operational procedures at the branch’s kitchens.
  • Record, and analyze the pros and cons of the operation in each branch of the company.
  • Offer assistance to the company’s business units.
  • Examine the quality of work after training.
  • Make frequent reports to the superiors.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of professional chef experience.
  • Knowledgeable in Western and Eastern cuisine.
  • Have a passion for cooking.
  • Careful, meticulous, diligent, creative, and able to withstand high pressure.
  • Honest, open-minded, and the willingness to learn.
  • Great cooking skills, and a general fondness for food.
  • The ability to train and coach employees.
